Sourcing Locally & Buying Fresh
At a time when many caterers buy their food from national distribution companies, my belief that knowing just where your food comes from not only delivers better tasting food but also supports our local growing economy and reduces food mileage to a bare minimum.
I have always sourced my food from local, quality producers. On this page you'll find links to all my suppliers - from my egg-man and the butcher I've known since he was friends with my son through to the local farmer who grows my seasonal vegetables.
